Yes, you can! Once you sign up on the platform, you have the option to search for experts and reach out to them directly for collaboration. You can book a 30-minute or 1-hour paid consultation with an expert to discuss your needs (the consultation fee will be credited toward your overall project cost). This allows you to connect with the right professional quickly. Alternatively, you can post a project and invite an expert to join by clicking “Invite” and selecting your project, or simply wait for qualified experts to apply. Additionally, our matching algorithm ensures that your project is recommended to the most suitable experts, helping you receive prompt responses.

Should I choose a consultant based solely on their profile, or can I have an interview before making a decision?

At RESEARCHPRENEURS, we feature highly qualified and verified experts who have passed rigorous requirements. We offer the option of a 30-minute paid consultation, allowing you to discuss your project needs (the consultation fee will be credited toward your overall project cost) before finalizing your choice. This gives you an opportunity to evaluate their expertise, working style, and alignment with your project goals, ensuring a successful collaboration. Additionally, we ensure that all experts on our platform possess relevant experience, strong soft skills, and business acumen.

What happens if no one applies for a project/task?

Don’t worry! If no one applies for your project on RESEARCHPRENEURS, we have several solutions to ensure the project’s completion:

Expert Recommendations: Our AI-powered system suggests suitable experts for your project, allowing you to invite them directly. We also promote your project to relevant verified experts using only the public task/project description.
Tailored Team Assembly: If your project requires expertise from multiple disciplines, we’ve got you covered! If necessary, we’ll assemble a custom team based on your project’s goals, timeline, and budget.

Additionally, our team is always available to assist you via WhatsApp chat, offering support whenever you need it. We are committed to helping you find the right experts and ensuring your project's success.

Does my company sign a contract with the expert or with RESEARCHPRENEURS?

We've got you covered! The contract will be between your company and RESEARCHPRENEURS. We take care of all aspects of the agreement, including contracts, transfer of intellectual property (IP) rights, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and payment processing. This ensures a seamless and secure experience for your company, with us handling all the details with the expert on your behalf. Additionally, by ordering R&D services through our platform, you may be eligible for reimbursement under various government schemes (such as the Forschungszulage in Germany), potentially offsetting some of the costs associated with your project.

How is my data and privacy protected?

All data shared with experts is handled with strict confidentiality. The project description submitted through the task form is accessible only to registered users. Contracts are managed directly on the platform, where a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed before the project begins, ensuring data protection. Additionally, researchers transfer intellectual property (IP) rights to the company upon project completion.

For project-related privacy, only the search request is visible to researchers, while it remains hidden from other companies. You can find more details in our Terms and Conditions.

What are the next steps after onboarding an expert?

Once you onboard an expert and complete the project pre-payment, the next steps are as follows:

Project Kickoff: The expert receives all relevant information and materials needed to successfully complete the task. If not done yet, the project begins with an initial meeting between your company and the expert to align on goals, expectations, and key deliverables. Alternatively, this can be done through our collaboration frameworks, where goals and expectations are clearly aligned.
Execution: The expert begins work on the project, providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication throughout.
Ongoing Support: RESEARCHPRENEURS oversees the project, offering continuous support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Project Completion: The project is finalized on time, with successful outcomes delivered according to the agreed objectives.
