RESEARCHPRENEURS is committed to creating a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment for all members. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Code of Conduct. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination.

  • 1. Respect and Integrity

    • Treat all members with respect and courtesy.
    • Avoid engaging in harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior.
    • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

  • 8. Reporting and Feedback

    • Provide constructive feedback in a respectful manner.
    • Be open to receiving feedback and use it to improve your contributions.
    • Report any violations of this Code of Conduct to the RESEARCHPRENEURS team immediately.

  • 2. Professional Behavior

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications and interactions.
    • Unprofessional behavior, including inappropriate language, threats, or any form of intimidation, will not be tolerated.

  • 9. Platform Use

    • Use platform resources ethically and responsibly.
    • Do not disclose information or documents that have become available to you (acquired or received) except as required by law or when permission is granted by RESEARCHPRENEURS.
    • Any misuse of the platform, including activities that compromise its functionality, security, or reputation, will result in immediate action.

  • 3. Inclusivity

    • Foster an inclusive environment that welcomes diverse perspectives and ideas.
    • Discriminatory remarks or exclusionary behavior based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other characteristic are unacceptable.

  • 10. Collaboration and Support

    • Do not request personal contact details from other RESEARCHPRENEURS users and communicate with them only through the official Site/Platform's functions.
    • Collaborate with other members in a spirit of mutual respect and support.
    • Share knowledge and expertise to foster a supportive community environment.

  • 4. Intellectual Property and Honesty

    • Respect all intellectual property rights and provide appropriate credit for others' work.
    • Plagiarism or unauthorized use of another's work will result in immediate disciplinary action.
    • Ensure all information shared is truthful and accurate.
    • Do not post content that violates any copyright or other intellectual property rights; violates any law or regulation; is defamatory; contains false information about any person, company, product, or service; or damages reputation and business operations.

  • 11. Fraud, Spam or Advertising

    • Do not engage in fraudulent activities.
    • Do not use the Site/Platform for illegal money transfers.
    • Do not use the Site/Platform to create false reviews about any person, product, or service.
    • Do not send spam or advertise your website or services unless otherwise permitted.

  • 5. Transparency and Integrity

    • Be honest and transparent in all your dealings on the platform.
    • Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or any other deceitful practice is strictly prohibited.

  • 12. Bidding

    • Do not underbid to avoid fees.
    • Do not participate in projects involving illegal activities.
    • Bid only on projects you intend to complete.

  • 6. Quality and Accountability

    • Strive for the highest quality in all research and consulting activities.
    • Take responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of your work.
    • Be accountable for your actions and contributions on the platform.
    • Do not agree to take on work that you are not capable of completing.

  • 13. Affiliates

    • Do not refer yourself for the Affiliate Program.
    • Do not attempt to harvest names from mailing lists, group emails, etc., to send unsolicited emails.

  • 7. Legal Compliance

    • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
    • Any illegal activity conducted through the platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

  • 14. Payments

    • Do not use RESEARCHPRENEURS for money exchange, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies.
    • Please fulfill your obligations promptly after the work is completed by the Researcher.
Enforcement
Violations of this Code of Conduct will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of access to the platform. The RESEARCHPRENEURS team reserves the right to enforce this Code at its discretion.
Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report them immediately to the RESEARCHPRENEURS team through our contact page. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.
